1. Shipping Destination & Flat-Rate Pricing

 

Shipping is calculated as a flat-rate fee per order based on the state of delivery, regardless of the size or number of items purchased. These are the exact shipping costs submitted to Google Merchant Center for accurate listing display.

2. Delivery Time Frame (7–14 Business Days)

 

Our estimated delivery time is the sum of our order Handling Time (processing) and the freight carrier's Transit Time (shipping).

 

Order Processing Details

 

• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

• Handling Time: 2–3 business days. This is the time required to prepare your specialized products for shipment before they are handed off to the carrier.

• Transit Time: 5–11 business days. This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the product to your location.

• Fulfillment Days: Monday through Saturday (we do not process or ship on Sundays or major public holidays).

• Total Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days from the date of your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email notification containing your freight tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to keep track of your order's progress.

 

3. Freight Shipping & Delivery Instructions

 

All orders are shipped via Freight Carrier LTL (Less-Than-Truckload).

• Scheduled Delivery: The freight carrier will contact you via the phone number or email provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery appointment. Someone must be present to accept and inspect the shipment.

• Curb-Side Delivery: Standard service is curb-side delivery. The carrier is responsible for delivering the product to the curb or driveway. They are not responsible for moving the product into your home, garage, or job site. Please arrange for necessary assistance or equipment to move your large, heavy items.

• Mandatory Inspection: You must thoroughly inspect all items for any visible damage or missing pieces BEFORE signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

• Handling Damage: If damage is found, you must clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photographs, and immediately contact our customer service team. Signing the receipt without noting damage releases the carrier of liability and makes it extremely difficult to file a successful claim.

• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason other than documented product damage, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
